1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 30-60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a credit for future use, subject to availability.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and are liable for any damage caused during their stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Pets are allowed only with prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees.

The maximum number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated in your reservation. Additional guests may be subject to extra charges or may be denied access to the property.

5. Events and Celebrations

Events, weddings, and celebrations require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees, security deposits, and specific terms. All events must comply with local regulations and noise ordinances. Event planning services and catering can be arranged through our concierge team.

6. Liability and Insurance

Villa Paradiso is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance. The property is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Property Access and Amenities

Guests have access to all villa amenities including the pool, beach access, and common areas. Some amenities may be subject to seasonal availability or maintenance. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas for safety or maintenance reasons.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

9. Force Majeure

Villa Paradiso shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Villa Paradiso shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

11. Modifications

Villa Paradiso reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of their reservation. Significant changes will be communicated to guests with existing reservations.
